Had a great time at Joanna‘s place. The home is very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit.
Easy to access location near stores, restaurants and anything needed during the stay. All was as described. This is a place with a real number of beds, not a bunch of air beds and pull out mattresses! Easily accommodated 8+ adults. Mark is responsive and provided all necessary information. Much appreciated.
We had a 50th anniversary get together at Mark’s property with 3 generations of family. The kitchen was great for our group as was the large dining room table. We all could eat & play games there. The backyard was the star of the show. Our grandkids in fact all of us had a super time in the pool, hot tub, putting green & playing foosball. We didn’t get around to billiards. Everyone had a great time.
Located at the end of the street, the house is very spacious and peaceful. The backyard is beautifully designed, and our family had a great time playing golf putting games. We also enjoyed fun family game nights playing ping pong and billiards. The beds in every room are very comfortable. Highly recommended for family reunions and large group gatherings.
Mark was so helpful and accommodating. We loved the kitchen and space. The outdoors was perfect for our family.

We took the kids here for a few days of fun in the sun as we live in the rainy pacific northwest! Everything was really clean, the pool was so warm (it’s an extra cost per night to heat to 85 degrees fyi), and the hot tub was great! A huge plus to have a gate around the pool for little kids! The only thing I would recommend is bringing kid friendly dishes or paper goods for them and note there are no rugs anywhere on the hard floors. The living room is a bit small for the amount of people the house will sleep! (We had 7 kids and there is only one small couch). Overall we had a great time 🤗
We had a great stay at Joanna’s place. The house was comfortable and perfect for 3 families with kids. It was a quick drive to old town Scottsdale and Papago park. I would come back!
Mark’s place is amazing! Very close to restaurants and stores. Our group of older adults, younger adults, children and toddlers fit comfortably. Having no stairs kept it safe for the little kids and comfortable for the older adults. The outdoor space was everyone’s favorite. Pool heat was well worth it at this place, guaranteed. The pool gate was solid and priceless for peace of mind with the little ones and a child on the spectrum. Basketball court was perfectly shaded by the landscaping and was also perfect for pickleball. Cooking was easy inside and outside. We would love to stay in this home if we’re in the area again.
The host is quickly responsive to questions. The house was clean and well equipped. The VRBO description is accurate. The location is close to downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, and only 2hrs from Sedona. This was a great property. We are 11 people, 6 adults, 5 children. We had a wonderful stay.
Our check-in starts at 4pm and check-out at 10am. To ensure that we have enough time to clean the property we ask you not to extend these times.
