I'm Mark Macias. I was born and raised in the Phoenix area and I've been managing vacation rentals in Scottsdale since 2005, well before Airbnb and the short-term rental boom changed the industry.
I started this company because I believe a great vacation rental company has to get two things right: give the guest a stay worth coming back for, and take care of the homeowner's property like it's our own.
That's still what drives us today. We've built a team with real operations, marketing, and pricing expertise, but we've kept things intentionally small so we can stay hands-on and accessible. You get the systems of a large company with people who actually pick up the phone.
